The initial situation: The store was running solidly, but had hit an invisible ceiling. Growth was stagnating as campaigns were mainly tapping into existing demand instead of tapping into new target groups.


The strategy: Building a long-term partnership with a focus on 2026/2027. We trimmed the existing search campaigns for profitability and combined Performance Max with an aggressive demand gen strategy to generate targeted demand from new users.


The result: A stable ROAS of >900 % with simultaneous growth in new customer share of +60 %.

B2B market entry USA: Qualified leads in the world's most expensive market

Industry: Machine sensors (B2B)

The initial situation: The company wanted to enter the competitive US market. The challenge: Click prices (CPCs) of 18 to 24 USD in the industry niche threatened to immediately burn up the budget for lead generation.


The strategy: Away from broad keywords, towards pointed, highly qualified search intentions. Building a multi-stage funnel with precise tracking and landing pages that exactly match US B2B expectations.


The result: The US revenue share rose from 0% to 11%. Despite the extremely high click prices, we were able to push the cost-per-lead to below USD 94.

Local lead generation: Plannable inquiries instead of referral luck

Industry: Real estate agents in Stuttgart

Initial situation: The estate agent was well known in the direct network - but hardly present digitally. Almost all inquiries came from referrals. No controllability, no predictability, strong seasonal fluctuations.


Strategy: Two separate campaigns - one for direct search queries with high purchase intent, one for building awareness via display and YouTube in the target area. Remarketing as a link between the two. Specific landing page for sellers with trust signals and concrete key figures.


Result: Incoming inquiries via the website increased by 190%. The cost-per-lead was EUR 68 - compared to an industry average of EUR 110 to 180. 34 new sales mandates in 12 months, the proportion of plannable inquiries rose from 15% to 58%.
